Recently Bank of America has redesigned its mobile application to improve navigation from its million mobile banking customers. The bank from next year has been reportedly aiming to provide a virtual voice assistant that has about 9 million users per announcement. Bank next level provides more services through a virtual voice assistant named Erica. The features of this virtual voice assistant will let users see more information about how much money we can save by pinning down the credit card balances in a very much faster mode and also this voice assistant Erica also will provide added security features which include more information about potential unauthorized charges and the ability to dispute them directly through the app without making a call at the bank or customer service center. Bank of America’  America’s updated application has plant and rolled out of additional Erica services, which demonstrate the importance of mobile banking by expanding its customer base. This is beneficial for young adults who are more comfortable with their mobile payment and are seeking a broader end of services, which can be done through an application only. Instead of banks spending heavily on information technology, including mobile banking and artificial intelligence technology that facilitates a growing service now, this advanced technology of including virtual assistant in the application provides a very creative way to have easy access to the customer wherever they go. Bank of America has upgraded mobile services to support growth in its consumer bank with revenue of 9.7 billion dollars. As stated by a mobile marketer, the bank reported a 76% search to 20.8 billion dollars in payment.
